The gentlemen who assisted me during my visit were professional, attentive, and patient. I came in to have my car battery replaced and my oil tank filled, and they handled everything efficiently and courteously. While they were also helping me change the battery in my key fob, an EXTREMELY RUDE older female employee approached us and stated, “You need to move, I have to ring this person up.” Her tone was unnecessarily abrupt and discourteous. Horrible location. Went in there to return an item and a short older lady with a Caribbean accent that I believe was a manager was very unfriendly. She had a nasty attitude and was refusing to do her job. AutoZone has lost a long standing customer due to that nasty lady.
Always courteous staff, no complaints whatsoever. Very helpful manager, she has been there for awhile, very kind.
