I'm in here pretty often since my daughter works here, but I wanted to take a second to shout out one of the managers, Tameeka. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about her from my daughter, but today I saw it first hand when she changed my battery quickly and everytime I see her, she's working with a smile on her face. Thank you to AutoZone for training your staff to provide such wonderful service!
Just needed some dot3 synthetic brake fluid (to top off) The store looked pretty clean, I was in and out in about 5 minutes The staff was friendly, greeted me when I walked in the store, and offered me help to find anything I might need help with Very friendly and personable staff for an auto parts store
I really enjoyed my experience and great service I received at Autozone from Kayla and manager Mark helped it as well! Kayla impressed me with the knowledge she had about cars although being young but mature and extremely helpful! Thank you so much for great customer service!!!
Went to change my car battery. Mark was very helpful and accommodating and switched it out for me. Best auto zone/service I have received. He also helped me with my tire and told me where I can go to patch it. I found out I had a nail in my tire and he went above and beyond by helping me. As someone who knows nothing about tires, it was very nice meeting someone who was so informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here if you would like quality service. Will definitely come back for all my car needs.
I had such a wonderful experience at the AutoZone on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard in Clearwater. The crew was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to help. They offered to charge my truck battery at no cost, and they took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find such friendly and caring customer service these days.
