The hub on Airport is a little busy at times,The location here isn’t that busy. I really enjoyed getting in and out quick.Not sure that’s good,but maybe they run this location efficiently enough that the customer service doesn’t get so backed up..Great Location.2 other part stores opened up not far on both sides of this location,I would definitely stick with Auto Zone for your auto part needs
During this visit, they had everything I was looking for. Employees were knowledgeable and respectful. There was one employee trying to do most of the customer service, inside and out, at the same time. Forgot to get his name. He was handling it but the other employees could of stepped up more.
Been going to AutoZone for years and its served me well. Parts are affordable and easy to locate in store. Main engine parts like spark plugs, are available just ask a store associate to look up year make and model..chances are they have it in stock! Customer service is not limited to in-store assistance but also extends to vehicle services too. Like free battery tests and charging, alternator tests, window wiper blade installations and more. The guys at Auto Zone didn’t give up until they were able to find an adapter for my rear windshield. It took multiple try’s. I appreciate them not giving up
Great experience tonight! I purchased headlights and they changed them free for me after Walmart refused to honor their free headlight installation signs. I ended up with better quality headlights and installation for $10 cheaper than if I paid the installation cost at Walmart. They were very professional and I drove off in the dark able to see everything around me. Very pleased with it this place. I will be back!
