The core of my complaint centers on the refusal of an employee, to properly install the newly purchased battery into my vehicle. After the purchase, the employee stated that he would not secure the new battery, asserting that the old battery had not been properly secured. Despite my direct request for him to perform the installation service, he steadfastly refused.
