Excellent customer service. I drove there 40 minutes and they sold me my battery and installed it and it worked perfectly amazing customer service 10 out of 10 fast and efficient.

I went to Advance Auto, Firestone. Only because it was close to where I was eating. They wouldn't help me. Dead battery. I couldn't turn my car off because it wouldn't crank. Then I went to Auto Zone. Left my car running and went in I was about to lose it. I hope Tristan is his name. Got a new battery. He was very nice and polite. He had me in and out. I went to this store today and the customer service was wonderful from the time I enter the store until the time I left. I came to purchase brake light bulbs for my vehicle. Tim J was very efficient with locating the proper bulbs needed for my vehicle. He went above and beyond his customer service duty by changing the bulbs for me to prevent me from getting a ticket..lol. I have done service at this store numerous times and every experience has been outstanding. This is the number 1 AutoZone in the Columbus, Ga area.
Service was incredible. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offered best combination of sales to maximize savings and even to put my wiper blades on for me.
