Hey just want to give a big shout out to Travis P. For his support today, Travis was actually busy and doing his normal work duty, however Travis stop what he was doing to assist me and help me out with parts for my car. My Angel Patrick was truly a blessing. See my journey begin in my 2007 GMC Yukon A monster of a truck. Well because I was upset and pulled off in such an uproar (ex mil🤬) I blow my radiator hose trying to depart from situation. I made it to Williams rd. I was able to pull in to what I believe to be was an att location, it was about 9, 10 pm when I pulled in so it was dark. A friend of mine bought me a lock for an electric moped/scooter at this AutoZone. While I was first practicing with the locking mechanism, the whole locking device on one side pulled right off. I'm glad it happened then and not when I was attempting to lock it on the street. It's unclear if this was an issue with the item's manufacturing or if it's a reflection on AutoZone's inventory, but it's probably a little bit of both. Travis is so helpful and really took the time to help me out. I had to get things for 2 different vehicles and he was so patient and I will definitely come back because of him. The whole staff was friendly but Travis went above and beyond
