Very great service, polite and patient.
Autozone at the other locations always was a go to for me. But what start off as a pleasant shopping experience for some car paint and repair items went south as soon as the store manager rang up my items at the register. Some of the items I selected because the shelf they where place at said clearance price at “$2” or “$5” ( mgr, he rips the tags and says they no longer apply. So I say I don’t want them. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't catch his name on his name tag but a red-headed young man with a beard was extremely helpful and kind to me and went above and beyond his call of duty to look stuff up for me for my motorcycle battery. I told him that I would not forget his professionalism and kindness and then I will definitely be back to buy all my auto parts needs right here at AutoZone on veterans parkway next to Williams road
They was very helpful and knew their stuff. Guy named Steven helped me
I am currently out of state and my moms car didn’t wanna crank… was able to get it jumped off and get over there…with the help of the store manager & George, they were able to get my mom back on the road for me.
