Went in today for a bad battery that was still under warranty 2 younger guys at the counter were both very friendly Ian was fast and efficient at swapping the batteries good customer service
The young man with long hair and glasses is very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to these guys
Ian Lewis is the goat, he fixed my entire car in the parking lot from the chassis up. Really great guy.
Sold the wrong brake boots for the slide pins for the third time by the time they sold me the correct boots and after rebuilding my rear brakes for the third time my rear brake pads and rotors (with less than 40,000 miles) were beyond repair needing a full refurbish. So now going on my 4th time rebuilding I can only conclude. the lack of knowledge from management at this store has have costed me over 300$ vs a 5$ repair.
