I visited this AutoZone three times to have my check engine light tested and was never attended to. Out of four visits, I was only helped once. Very disappointing experience.

Awesome service went in to the store on recommendation from triple A to get a battery, was greeted by a young man who turned out to be the store manager Jon, helped me choose the right battery and even offered to install it, and was very friendly and kept answering my 5 year olds son questions while doing it.
All i needed was a rear wiper blade. A very professional and helpful young lady was the first to greet me. She then proceeded to look up and take me to the part. Even better, she installed it for me, very proficiently. Wonderful experience. Oh, and then she proceeded to tell me that their store is open until 10 pm every day until Sunday, when it’s open until 9 pm.
If I could give this location, a zero, I wouldfor one individual Jeff Who is an assistant store manager I might add . Who used Foul language towards me and actually physically put his hands on me in front of my child of the age of 9 and made him cry and had to go to the Nashua Police Department to file a report over an item I purchased let me be clear I was an assistant store manager at Autozone and I promise you this is not how Autozone works and in order for the employees to be better.
