I've used this store before without any issues but I now need to replace my battery. Called to see if they had one in stock and Was completely taken back by this suboptimal interaction on the phone, I Was really looking forward to using this convient location but ill look elsewhere.
I had to purchase coolant for my car! Clueless!!! Called AutoZone on Derr Road. They are the best with their knowledge and help. Andrew helped me today and I sure appreciated it probably more than he knows. Keep up the great work ethics!!!!!!
