there was an older man working the counter. 8 asked that he test 2 batteries. Said one was no good. Asked for one like it. I was getting a little annoyed with him, a young man came to see what the issue was ..... turned out that the "dead" battery was perfectly good, but needed to be charged and he said it would be fine. I'm glad he looked over and read my face that clearly said "Please help me, I'm annoyed". Wish I got his name. Regardless, the first dude really turned me off. Be careful with them.
Although they didn’t have the part I needed for my 1996 Jeep Cherokee they did take the time to search. Friendly people there. j. gray Bonsack Va.
Needed a new battery. They took care of it immediately!
