I’ve had a few issues at this locations with staff just not being helpful but today one of the managers Cody, stepped the game up. He came back resolved my issue, was super professional and understanding, super appreciative of his help. He set the tone and was a prefect example of great customer service. Thanks again Cody.
Employees are helpful and take the time to try to get the right part. I don't mind waiting in line for extended periods while they are helping others because I always get the same level of attention and service as was given to the previous customers and I appreciate that. People need to remember that Autozone is a parts supply store, not an auto repair establishment.
