Came to get my battery tested and replaced (thankful it wasn't the alternator). The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and quickly took care of the testing and replacement.
The guy that drives a black Fox body is a real prick
Came here to get my alternator and battery tested. Battery was very old. The guy ran a test with the car running only. He told me my alternator was bad, battery good. I knew my battery was really old so I replaced it, had it tested somewhere else and what do you know? they ran the test right and my alternator is GOOD. You need to make sure these people run their tests right so people like me don't buy parts they don't need!!!
CHRISTOPHER SMITH WORKS AT THIS LOCATION AND SOLD US PARTS FOR A DIESLE TRUCK WHEN WE HAVE A 98 FORD CONTOUR. YET BEST PART IS HE RAN ON THE MACHINE TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE CAR AND IT A O2 SENSOR. OH AND OUR HEAD LIGHTS WERE OUT AND HE TOLD US TO USE A CLEANER ON THEM TO MAKE THEM WORK. YEAH IM 20 YEARS OLD SO I BOUGHT THIS STUPID PART THINKING IT WHAT WE NEEDED TO FIX OUR CAR AND A CLEANER AND YEAH GUESS WHAT I BOUGHT LIGHT BULBS ALSO CAUSE I NEW I NEEDED THEM!!!!!! WORSE SERVICE EVER...
