Every time I go in this location the clerks help the easy customers and make the customers wait who need parts looked up. I've stood in line before for over 10 minutes and watched the clerk in my lane direct customers to cut ahead of me who walked into the store after I had already been in line to check out because they did not want to look up parts for me. Also answer the phone instead of assisting the paying customer standing right in front of them. I'd have a hard time believing that this is autozones corporate procedure.... read more
