One employee out of 5 paid attention to me but she was busy with another custoner. She asked another to help me and that one ignored me until I left. 3 total customers 5 employees (2 actually working). The DM needs to go baby sit, then maybe customers will not walk out.
I was stranded for two days needed a starter, only had enough for the cheapest one. When I got to the store after walking and narrowly missing closing they only had the more expensive starter. The manger on duty stepped up he went above and beyond to insure I left with a starter to get me home safe. That's CUSTOMER SERVICE thank you very much!

Came to autozone for help drilling new holes for our license plate and for purchasing the right bracket and screws. The employee that helped us put Laura was extremely helpful and our plates are now on and good because of her she went above and beyond to help us out. Definitely worth the trip. Friendly, helpful, and great service.
