I have been shopping at this place for years and i like it ,but last night i rented a kit after i finished using it i went back to return it and i arrived at 8:44PM and i was standing in front of the cashier young employee ,he left me standing for a minute and didn't look or say anything, i put the kit in front of him with receipt ,he looked at me and said "i can't return this now" i said why??! I was not having any luck with my battery. A place told me it was something else. Another place told me that I needed to charge it. I came here and Ken Robbins helped me tremendously. He went above and beyond diagnosing my battery getting me to the right person to do my warranty swap and he installed it for me very friendly very knowledgeable 10 out of 10 would recommend just because of him.

My name is Steven when I came in to this store on Beville Road a couple of weeks ago I ask Debra would it be ok if I can drop off 170 small batteries to be disposed of she said yes , when I got here to drop them off she made sure I had everything to wrap up the batteries, I just wanted to let Autozone know that she above and beyond what any one of your competitive did to help me .
