The reason for the five stars is the normal level of help I get from the employees at this and other AutoZone locations. . I always have them change my battery and I don’t ever have an issue. I buy all my batteries from AutoZone and will continue, just not at this location. Let me say today I got the newest member of their team and he was not experienced changing the battery. He was young and it was hot out. When taking the positive battery terminal he cross threaded the nut and made it very difficult to tighten. I asked if ... read more
