Larry is wonderful! Very helpful every time I stop by store and he is there. I'm greeted as soon as I walk through the door by him! He knows his cars also a mechanic. I lived in missoula for 3 yrs at the time I met Larry at autozone. Been through 3 horrible mechanics who left me vehicles more messed up then before I took it to them. Larry is super reliable dependent knows his stuff. Me and my family were on a little get away trip when our power steering pump decided to go out on us. We stopped in at the auto zone and got treated and cared for tremendously. They worked above and beyond to help us out and get it figured out what we needed. They never made us feel like a burden. We even had to do everything in the parking lot and they helped us out so much! If it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t have been able to drive our kids and family home safely knowing what was wrong. They were professional. One problem that I encountered. The part i ordered did not come in and now its another week waiting. Why didn't they tell me or substitute another part that would fit.
