Today I went to pick up a battery my husband ordered for my BMW. The gentleman Brian helped me and told me we ordered the wrong battery. He helped me correct the issue and installed the battery for me which was not easy due to the location of it. Not once did he make me feel like he hated doing it. He was so kind and explained everything step by step to me. It took a little while to do but was successful and car is running amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.
