Not only did they sell my husband the wrong parts when he specifically said which part he needed but the parts were USED! How can your employees be so lazy where they don’t bother to check what is returned to their store??? It’s as simple as opening the box real quick and checking it out. SMH never going to this Autozone again. So careless so lazy so unprofessional. If I can give it zero stars I would but unfortunately I have to settle for one star.
they offer to order 2 heater hoses and will be arriving in 2 days but 10 days later I never heard from them and they said that they were out of stock but they never call me to let me know!!
Worst experience ever !! 2 and half hours for a new battery that had a warranty !! The manager is very rude !!
They fucking suck!
