Jose helped me out today. I walked in trying to use my battery warranty. No one was in the store when I walked in and he had time to help me but since I didn’t know the proper phone number it took quite awhile. As I was there the store got super busy and he managed multitasking between customers, coworkers, and helping me as well. He maintained such a kind and positive attitude throughout all of it. Went here to get a 3 jaw puller to get my wheel hub bearing out of the knuckle to replace it. The guy working behind the counter let me just use the tool right there in the store to get it out. Was fast and easy and didn’t even have to have the hassle of taking it back to my house to do the work. He said his name was Jose. I’ll be coming to this autozone only from now on.
