Personable, fun, welcoming, and helpful crew and manager. Manager was especially cool. Was looking for new terminal/connectors for my battery so I called them and they described what they had. Came over there and they promptly helped me even more, even cut open the box to see if it matched the terminal I brought over, all while being encouraging and reassuring.
Your employee Joel is a gem. He helped me with testing my son's car battery, purchase a battery and than installed it. He did this all while being the only employee in the store and with a long line. He was very polite, he also explained to us how to the change the battery if we needed to do it in the future. He was very calm and handle all your customers very well.
