Employees need more training!!! I always buy my car batteries in this location and 2 weeks ago when I brought back one of the batteries to have it checked out because it was giving me problems, they told me that a quick recharge would fix my problem. Now my battery is complete dead, came to a different auto zone and they told me that the battery is no good and it should have been swapped BUT I can't do that now because my warranty expired 1 WEEK AGO! Had the greatest help this morning. Truck battery was dying so brought it into Auto Zone for a diagnosis. Ramon B helped me with the battery check and also installed the new battery for me. Thank you SO MUCH Ramon!!! Will always come back here. People are friendly and eager to help!
