To Thomas specifically: Thank you so much for all of your help! You truly saved my boyfriend and I. We were over 2 hours away from home when we started having trouble with the truck and you took the time to help us. Thomas even let us use some of his tools and came outside multiple times to check on our progress so we could get on the road safely. I always enjoy going to Autozone. Customer service is far better than there competitor.
I went to return an item that was not what I needed and was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I went through the self checkout. There should be a sign STATING that at the counter. The man who was there helping (NOT) was rude and said that was the policy. Again no sign telling anyone about the no refund for self checkout. I think this is a horrible policy and I promise I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THESE PLACES AGAIN 😡😡😡😡😡😡
