Order parts online. Get in the car to get parts. Get a call saying we're cancelling your order because we don't have the part in stock. No apology, no attempt to transfer the order or get it from another store. No real customer service skills. Now after two days get on my account and the order is still there saying ready for pick up. Parts are not in stock even though you can place an online order. No apologies or any type of customer service at all when they tell you your order is not in stock.
To Thomas specifically: Thank you so much for all of your help! You truly saved my boyfriend and I. We were over 2 hours away from home when we started having trouble with the truck and you took the time to help us. Thomas even let us use some of his tools and came outside multiple times to check on our progress so we could get on the road safely.
