OMG ! This is the best AutoZone I've ever been to. They helped my car get back on the road by changing out my battery! Without them I wouldn't have been able to make it to work! They were so caring and generous. This customer service is 10/10... Marcus, dontrell and Jeremy looked out for me and I'm so thankful!
I want to shout out Marcus E. for helping me install a car battery! Marcus was knowledgeable, kind, and diligent when working and helped me get back on the road asap! I would highly recommend stoping by this autozone and letting Marcus hook you up with all your car needs!
Lazy workers not helpful very expensive
AWFUL customer service. There was only one guy here "helping" the customers, while three others were standing around ignoring me. But then when it was my turn and I was asking for help, the guy that I was talking to just literally walked away while I was still talking to him. I was in absolute disbelief. I honestly hope that none of these guys or their family members are ever stranded out of town with car problems in nearly 100° temps, and get treated that way. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
