Took a starter for a 48 Willy to the Cabot main street O'Reillys to have it tested. They said they couldn't test it because a Willys CJ2A wasn't in there computer system for testing. Took them 15 minutes of research. Walked next door to Autozone and they tested it in less than 2 minutes. Dylan was very nice and knowledgeable.
I highly recommend coming here. Michael and Melanie were amazing, above and beyond service and they really know their stuff. Got us taken care of in no time and were very friendly and professional. If you need anything for your car, come to this auto zone in cabot on main st....I would give more stars if possible.
I came in for a new battery bc mine was bad. I don't remember the girls name who helped us, Kayla maybe? Michaela but with an uncommon spelling? I don't remember, but I should, bc she went above and beyond any expectations we had for the store to help us. She was helpful, friendly, and stepped up when her male co-worker complained that he couldn't help put the new battery in for me bc he was too sunburnt and couldn't lift his arms...I don't remember his name either, but he stayed inside with his sunburn, while she took care ... read more
The clerk was very helpful and friendly. She had my part set out waiting on me. I will definitely be back.
