We bought these brake pads for my car and they were not the right ones I understand that it was part of my fault too, so I came to change them for and the "MANAGER" I feel that he was very unprofessional to tell me that he could not change them because they were discontinued for 3 years, I showed him the purchase receipt, to which he proceeds to leave me talking alone and attend in another box! Went to check the health of the battery and the staff provided excellent service.
Tony is confrontational and difficult to deal with. I called about a battery to see if they could do it because ive gone there in the past. I explained this. Told me he needed to see my vehicle first before he could give me any info. I kindly tried to confirm if he atleast had the battery, again same response. As if i was wasting his time. I asked why he was so standoffish, if he was having one if those days and the cry baby hung up on me. Last time was quick and easy. I was broke down and called.
