Just left Auto-zone at 6517Airline in Metairie, across from LaSalle Park to return some Silverstar Ultra H11 bulbs (Over $20 more than Amazon , but I didn't care, because I needed them that day). Jennifer (the store manager) said she would not accept the bulbs back as a return, because the packaging had been ripped open, even though I explained that it was her employee that sold me the WRONG bulbs to fit my vehicle.
