Ordered two lift cylinders for my 04 Navigator. They called and said your order was in I arrive and only one lift cylinder. I asked why would they not know at the time of order and when they called me? Just excuses! I found the second one O’Reilly’s. They need better inventory control and customer notification, if the complete order is not received.
It would've nice if you actually unlocked your doors once you opened instead of ignoring the customers waiting to come into the store
