TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY FOR MY VEHICLE AND ASKED THEM TO EXCHANGE AND TAKE BACK THE OLD ONE AND THEY REFUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN ASKED NICELY TO DO SO, BOTH EMPLOYEES THAT ARE WORKING THIS EVENING ON 10/31/2019 @8:18pm DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT COME HERE FOR ANY VEHICLE NEEDS‼️‼️‼️
Terrible customer service from employee. They carry the loaner tool, but not the fluid to use with it?? Wtf?
I purchased a duralast wheel bearing assembly for my van last night from this location. After 4 phone calls to verify that the part was the right number and 2 hours of trying to fit it too my vehicle, I decided to return it to the cleveland store. The associate there tried to tell me it was the correct part even when I insisted that it did not fit the drive Line or into the steering knuckle. Came here to buy a headlight, one of the employees came outside with me to see what tools I needed to replace it. Said he would go get the wrench and be right back. I waited for about 30 minutes before I noticed he was helping other customers. He never came back. Piss poor service.
