I visited this store today and was assisted by a young man named Alex; I was truly impressed by the quality of service, as well as how he helped me and paid close attention to everything I explained. I know there are several AutoZone locations in Conroe, but even though this one isn't the closest to my home, it is the one I will continue to visit. I commend you for having such high-quality employees—polite and patient. God bless you all! By the way, Alex is from the beautiful country of El Salvador.
I've been needing a new battery but kept putting it off. Today was that day when it decided to die after being driven. I got it jumped & went immediately to Autozone. The store manager Eli was so helpful & kind & even installed the new battery for me. I'm so very thankful for the installation. Keep up the great customer service!!!
These guys were great they got my battery switched out. Tracy seemed to know exactly what to do and got it done in no time I would definitely go back.
They did amazing! They helped me with my battery issue in 15 minutes.
