Barbara was wonderful. She gave great advice and was a good chin wag too.
Shocked by the incompetence of this store. Went in for a simple key fob battery replacement. They acted like they had never seen an Audi key fob and even with my instructions I had to google for them, the man couldn’t open it and help me. I asked if someone else there would know how to, and he told me no. Tons of employees walked around and never once tried to solve the situation. I drove 1 minute over to O’Reilly and the nice young woman there had me in and out in under 3 minutes.
