customer service needs to be worked on. when calling they never pick up the phone n if they do you are on hold for 20 mins or more. the employees are always on there cell phones and have attitudes with the customers. Food was being eaten in the front and noone wanted to seem to help when i walked in
I need coil packs for my wife’s car. I talked to someone this morning and said I only need two. The guy said ok. My wife went there and they sent her to another location saying she had to buy the whole set. Now she has to wait to get her car worked on because they sent her across town. If you don’t want to do good business I will find somebody who will. They want her to buy 2 extra parts she doesn’t need. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
