In September 2017 my wife left Dallas headed home when her car alternator died. The shop she found replaced it and the battery from Auto Zone. Well we went on vacation last week and today she tried to go to the doctors office and the battery was dead. I tried charging it. I took it out and went to the store. They tried also to charge it. Failed. Good news it’s under warranty. Bad news we didn’t purchase it, the shop did. So they didn’t replace it. Bad news for them. I WILL NOT EVER GO TO AN AUTO ZONE.
I was wondering because idk if policies change or the person here was lazy. Do you not take out the battery for charging or just to change it out? Why do i have to do it? I would literally have to wait to get someone to help me do those things. I will also need another vehicle to go drop it off or get replaced instead of me just being there to have it change. So it makes no sense. Before I've gone and they were able to help.
