The staff here is incredibly helpful. They guided me in finding the right parts, ensuring my purchase earns me reward points, and helped me locate the store with the parts. I particularly admire their work ethic and professionalism. Another location had an employee with an untucked shirt. The team took this seriously and informed them that wearing an Autozone shirt represents the company, and they should tuck it in.
Customer service manager Andrea Gutierrez is absolutely atrocious at her job. Upon approaching her register I greeted her, she didn’t respond, so I spoke again….after speaking the 2nd time I say , you aren’t speaking to customers today? She said I don’t think I have to…..I informed her that being in a customer service position I would have thought that she was taught to greet customers….she said that she wasn’t taught to speak. Horrible
Stopped by to have my battery checked. I found Al the most courteous and knowledgeable employee. He checked out everything for me and gave me sound advice. Thanks so much
This store manager and employee are so rude I try to buy a car battery but they refuse to replace it for me With none sense of excuses First, she said their's tools can be damages, and ask me to clean So I did clean it with brush but still refused to replace it Second, the manager said it can be damage the original screws Not even trying just look at it
It was very disappointing what happened at this location. I bought a part online (order # 212123293073, part # 926-195) because I couldn’t take the old one out. When attempting to install the part, it didn’t fit on a 2016 Toyota Camry se even when the autozone web page says it fits to the car. I received the piece missing parts ( bolt and ring) but even though I would use the old parts to make it work.
