Inconsistent service - disappointed AutoZone generally helps a lot, but I had two bad experiences at this location. I came to drop off used oil near closing time and they shut the door on me without accepting it. Today I returned with my damaged vehicle, asked to borrow pliers just to remove a nail, and they told me they couldn’t lend me the tool. I understand they have policies, but I expected more help considering they usually have good service.
It was very disappointing what happened at this location. I bought a part online (order # 212123293073, part # 926-195) because I couldn’t take the old one out. When attempting to install the part, it didn’t fit on a 2016 Toyota Camry se even when the autozone web page says it fits to the car. I received the piece missing parts ( bolt and ring) but even though I would use the old parts to make it work. My husband and I came to this autozone because we accidentally put def in the fuel tank. When we got there the guys were SUPER helpful! I believe the gentleman Daniel, was the superstar of our night. He went above and beyond. He helped us as much as he could given the circumstance. Even after the store closed, Daniel came back to bring us rags because my husbands hands were really dirty. Exceptional service!!
Came 1 hour before closing to buy and fix my turn signal. Mr. Jeff stayed with me to help even while preparing to close. They were kind, helpful and knowledgeable!
I didn't have much luck this time in “AutoZone”. The attention very bad or lousy. I went to buy two spare parts on Friday the 20th, I had to return three times because only one arrived. and today, Wednesday the 25th, I had to cancel the order because it never arrived and the store manager didn't know what had happened. He call different stores and they didn't answer it either. I don't recommend it at all. They need a better customer service.
