If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would. Traveling in from the DFW area, I had an issue with a battery terminal. With no tools, I drove to AutoZone to get lead shims as a temporary fix until I got back home. RAUL GONZALES, the GM kindly greeted me when I walked in. I told him my issue and without hesitation came out to take a look. He had a solution to the problem, fixed the problem, and got me back back on the road without worry.
