Horrible customer service. My dad went to get a battery this afternoon, mind you he's 70 yrs old & the guys there would not help him. So, my dad called me & I spoke to one of the guys & he was so RUDE!! He says they don't help to change out the battery. That's crap because I seen it done, & in fact they've changed out my battery!!! Shame on the guy that works there!!! You just lost business from me & i will make sure everyone i know does not go there to shop!!!!
There are still good people in the world. Some of them happen to work at AutoZone!!!
Store layout is confusing. One time you check out at the check-out stand at front of store, next time you have to check out at parts counter, next time you are helped at parts counter and walked down to the check-out area for check out. VERY CONFUSING!
