Ignored when my son and I walked in. Asked where to find a vice grips, ignored again. When checking out the guy said the pliers wouldn't work and I said well I asked where the vice grips were but no one answered me so I found these- again no acknowledgement as to where vice grips were. Both workers were rather rude and condescending. My husband returned the pliers I bought. When asking for a tool, you figured they'd ask for what kind of vehicle....not just hand you some crap... I'm just the messenger, but when there's more than one option it might be good to find out what kind of vehicle instead of just handing me parts for a ford. It's their job. If i asked for brake pads, would they hand me ones for a Harley and send me on my way too? It's hard to go to a parts store with no vehicle, so now im without a vehicle for another day.
