We needed parts while travelling and love the fact they were open late and on Sunday/holidays. That was helpful! The staff tried their best but we had hit and miss with their knowledge/experience. I think because they are young and limited experience so not at fault. They do their best.
I sent my 17-year-old daughter here when her battery died (she is a freshman at UNR) assured that they would help her install it after she bought the new one because, you know, that's what I've always known Auto Zone to do for their customers. This Auto Zone would not help her. While they were quick to take her money, they most definitely could not be bothered to offer A CHILD the assistance she very much needed. Thanks for nothing Auto Zone on Oddie Blvd in Sparks, NV.
Not impressed. All I needed was headlight bulbs for my car. The employee was less then friendly. I felt I was a bother. The store was empty so I'm not sure what was the problem. I asked to use bathroom & was told it was unavailable for use. My uncle was behind me and he was greated and treated much better. Hmm.. 😏
This autozone provides poor customer service! They are unwilling to provide answers to questions . They reluctantly provided prices when asked numerous times for the part needed for my vehicle. I would NEVER suggest this store to anyone who needs car parts.
Horrible customer service maybe because they thought 🤔🧐 it's a girl customer I was looking for touch up paint sharpie pens I wanted to know if the vehicle brand made a difference in color because their label Nissan, Ford Toyota ext. For example I bought a random one but I'm afraid to test it in my vehicle
