I had a great experience at this AutoZone location. They checked my car for free when a warning light came on and printed the diagnostic results showing which part needed to be replaced, so I could take that information to my mechanic. I also really appreciated their hours — they’re open until 9 p.m., which was very convenient since I work all day. I went around 6 p.m. and was helped right away with no issues. Overall, very helpful and convenient service.

I needed a battery and my local store didn't have it in stock, so I was referred to the Oddie store. They refused to price match the battery, even though I've done it at multiple other locations without issue, and autozone has a price match policy they're supposed to follow. The store manager was exceptionally rude and refused to even listen to me.

We needed parts while travelling and love the fact they were open late and on Sunday/holidays. That was helpful! The staff tried their best but we had hit and miss with their knowledge/experience. I think because they are young and limited experience so not at fault. They do their best.

I sent my 17-year-old daughter here when her battery died (she is a freshman at UNR) assured that they would help her install it after she bought the new one because, you know, that's what I've always known Auto Zone to do for their customers. This Auto Zone would not help her. While they were quick to take her money, they most definitely could not be bothered to offer A CHILD the assistance she very much needed. Thanks for nothing Auto Zone on Oddie Blvd in Sparks, NV.
