Went in to buy some paint. It was locked up so I asked an employee to help me out. They told me they would after they put some product away in the back. Never came back. So I asked another employee and they said they would get somebody who can help out. They never came back and whoever they asked to help never came to help me out. Xavier was very helpful
The employees are nice mostly but slow to respond to in-store shoppers waiting to check out and pay for purchase and they have lots of cash registers and usually 3 or so people on a shift but only one is cashiering. I hate that especially if the same gal or guy is on a customer phone call or assisting the person with a query about parts n pricing and availability etc...annoying how long I gotta stand there til they're done multitasking and where the hell are other employees at?
