The manager sets the tone and it shows. Each time I've come in to AutoZone on Broadway in Georgetown the manager and every employee have been so helpful. I needed some help with my deep cycle battery that I use in my handmade wooden boat. They were all so helpful. The young female helped me get the battery into the store. I think the battery was bigger than she was but she handled it with joy. Thank you all customer service isn't easy to find now days and you're killing it.

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by the manager Mr.Carpenter. Literally had me in and out in no time. Had everything ready for me. The way he runs his store had me wanting a job there. Runs a tight ship with all his associates with great knowledge. The ONLY place I will get auto parts from is Mr.Carpenter in Georgetown. Thank you for the great experience and speedy service.
