Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. My wife went in to have a battery replaced that we purchased last December. It is a 3-year warranty battery, and although we no longer have the receipt, the battery itself clearly has the sticker showing it is a 2025 battery. It is also a brand that this store carries exclusively. The issue was that our information wasn’t coming up in their system. Came in while it was raining on Friday August 14th. William and Joe refused to go outside and change my wipers. Not the experience i wouldve ever expected. Will not be back to autozone
