I’ll never understand why you have multiple stores in one small town like Wilmington yet in order to do any kind of job I’ve got to drive around to three stores to collect the parts. Seems a little counterproductive, doesn’t it? I made my last purchase at AutoZone today. I will never return.. I’d rather pay more than come there again
Will and Chris helped me troubleshoot my old battery and later find the best battery at the lowest price.
Customer Service is except. Came in to change key fob battery and was helped by Christopher. He was extremely welcoming, smiling , and glad to help. Please show him some type of appreciation. Definitely visit this location. Thank you!

I had a problem with my battery and they checked it immediately. I was so happy they did, because I didn't know what to do
