I had an excellent experience at AutoZone. Before I even made it fully through the door, both employees greeted me and made me feel welcome. That level of customer service immediately stood out to me. I came in looking for a horn, but I had accidentally entered the wrong vehicle information online. Instead of just telling me the part wouldn't work, the employees took the time to look everything up, find the part I originally selected, and then identify the correct horn for my vehicle.
