The employee was unhelpful and made me wait for another coworker simply because she didn’t want to do the job and she is talking with her friend.... When she finally helped me, she entered the wrong vehicle information and applied a discount to the wrong oil type. Because of her mistake — not mine — I had to visit another branch to correct the issue and ended up paying more, an amount I should not have been charged in the first place. I hope ... read more
I stopped by AutoZone today and got helped by Electa, and she was amazing! Super friendly, patient, and knew exactly what she was doing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part and understood everything before I left. Excellent customer service 10/10
