This specific auto zone is crap. They sold me USED brake pads. And when I realized they were used and returned them the guy told me yeah I know they’re used. Like what the actual fck is wrong with someone to sell used brakes. I returned them and went to another auto zone on van buren and California and that store is amazing! But I will never go to this specific one on Indiana EVER again. Good thing my mom had my back when I told her they looked used. She called the regional manager ASAP and got it handled. I am really bad at "car things" & I hate that I don't remember his name, but the gentleman who helped me out was very helpful & put my windshield wipers on for me super awesome! 👍🏽
