I want to give a huge shoutout to Amann at AutoZone for going above and beyond to help me today. I needed my car battery replaced, and while the other employees weren’t able to help with the installation, Amann stepped in without hesitation. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to remove my old battery and install the new one, and he did it all with such a sweet attitude. Good experience
Walked in early this morning and I was immediately disappointed . I am a young woman with not a lot of knowledge of cars and car parts the two young men that worked there this morning on 7/19/26 (I walked in the store about 9am )today was absolutely no help at all! They tried to ignore me so they wouldn’t have to help me which very much gave off lazy vibes!
