I went here to get a check engine light test done. To see what the code was so i could fix the issue. Autozone's website says "Customers, as opposed to AutoZoners, are now allowed to use our equipment to perform Check Engine Testing." Due to the coronavirus. I asked an employee to do the test and he immediately told me that the store manager Jose is not letting anyone use the scanner because they might steal the scanner. these guys couldn't order a pizza if they starving!
They told me it would be a new transmission but it's a rebuilt one while paying the same price and it will be a week and half by the time I obtain it.. Customer service with company sucks..
