Terry helped me swap out my windshield wipers and provided excellent customer service. Big thanks to Terry for going above and beyond to help me.
Store 481 will be seeing me again! Big Terry and Nate got me in and out in no time. Professional, quick service and they were so kind. Highly recommend this location
TERRY & DIANE were so amazing! I was nervous at the warning lights on my dash but Terry found the issue, gave us a great price & replaced my battery! will recommend to all my girlfriends!! :)
Left my battery for 2.5 to get charged. Employee not only put the wrong sticker on it so nobody could locate it, but when they did find it, it had never been placed on the charger. They said I could come back in an hour.......useless to me. Previously I've had good experiences there, but will go elsewhere from now on
Thank god for Mr. Terry. Great customer service
