Rita C. is a service all-star; a micro dynamo! I purchased a replacement battery for a 2022 Explorer ST. The battery placement is forward of the engine and more secured than gold at Ft. Knox. She could easily have suggested I must have someone else install the battery but she preserved and got the job done. I appreciate Rita’s commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
