After ordering online and receiving an email that the order was ready for pick up, I drove 47 minutes only to be told that the item I ordered was not available.
Went in the store to return some $100 light bulbs that I mistaken the correct bulb size. So i was going through the process and needed the manager password to finish the return. Here comes SUE, 20 minutes later immediately she says nope and hands them back to me. I said what's wrong why can't you take them, she said I dont want to, so I said whats your name, she says SUE and im the store manager.
