Disappointing. Don't go there if you need your battery replaced. Go to the Advanced Auto across the street. I needed my battery replaced. I called the store this morning and asked if they had the battery size available for my car because I was needing to jump my car to get there. I let them know that I'd be on my way there and thanked them. After I got there, they brought out the battery, checked me out, asked me to wait and that they would install it in a few minutes. Helpful staff and clean shop.
I'm so pleased with the service I received! The young manager Eli I think that's his name was so helpful and took the old battery out and put a new one in for me without question!
I visited today and had a great experience with the Manager! She was quick and came out to help with my battery. She offered me a part but I didn’t know how to put it in. She was very nice and I am grateful for her help! I will back in the future for sure. Thank you Sue!
