RecommendedI went in to Auto Zone today to get a replacement headlight. I had planned on buying the part and going home to try and put it in myself.(even though I was not quite sure what I was doing.) When I arrived, an associate by the name of Phil helped me figure out what bulb I needed and then he replaced it for me! I can't thank him enough for his help. Great customer service.
I’d like to thank Ronald who put oil in our car today . We really appreciated such excellent customer service and kindness.
What started out as a bad experience turned around quickly thanks to the manager stepping in. My new car broke down and had to be towed. He knew I was far from home so he called a local shop that got me in and he even gave me and my 5 yr old a ride to the car shop Bc the tow truck couldn’t take us . Thanks again.
