Had an issue with my alternator, got stranded on my way to work. Went to exchange it under warranty, there was an issue with the exchange that ultimately required me to purchase ANOTHER alternator for my vehicle. I called corporate to make a complaint. The forwarded my accusation to who I assume was the regional manager. We had an excellent discussion on how we can get the issue solved.
