Great service, store is clean and well stocked.
Terrible customer service. Girl didn't know anything and asked another guy employee, he said he was busy. I walked out of the store and went to O'Reilly and they helped me out.
The guy working on Christmas Eve helped me get snow cable chains for my tensioners for me before I had to drive through a snow storm on my way to Reno. Great customer service, great product.
Clean,well stocked for what I was looking for. Salesperson was very professional,yet human. Explained my choices. Would go there again.
Yazmin! That’s my girl. Honestly, I would always drive all the way to Vacaville because the service in Dixon just wasn’t it—especially with the guys. They would just hand you the machine and tell you to read the codes, even if it was DEAD silent inside the store. But Yazmin? She’s amazing. Super helpful, never makes me feel embarrassed for not knowing something, and always goes out of her way to explain things. I seriously love her! Highly recommend going to the girls—unless that’s not your vibe.
