An unfortunate mistake turned into a great customer experience thanks to the store manager, Jillian. My windshield was accidentally cracked during a difficult wiper blade replacement, but Jillian took care of everything, and AutoZone paid for the replacement windshield even when I did not expect full reimbursement. Honest, accountable, and top-tier service. Huge thanks to Jillian and Mickey for making what could have been a stressful situation completely stress free!
