On Wed Feb 12, my sister and I went to get her some new windshield wipers. One of them was actually "floppy." We went to the AutoZone at the corner of Hope Mills Road and Raeford Road here in Fayetteville N.C. Darcel, one of their employees was very helpful to us, and helped us find the right wiper, then came out in the cold drizzling rain, and attached it for us. He was very friendly and professional during the whole process. Darcel is to be commended for his example. Thank You. Jimmy Comer, Fayetteville N.C.
biggest group of idiots I have ever dealt with. beware. if you have a warranty on something they do their absolute best to get out of it. horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. BETTER OF GOING TO NAPA. BETTER QUALITY AND BETTER SERVICE.....

First let me say I have always been a satisfied customer of autozone for years until today...bought a battery from them 3 yrs ago and I got the 5yrs warranty, the post, one on the negative side,started coming up while driving, my car was smoking and everything,they would not honor the warranty. ...said I only get partial and I had to pay 72 dollars and change..credited the account for only 62 dollars, this is the first time they have been crooked.....man I tell you after today, no more of my money, took pictures because I wa... read more
