Just found out this Autozone towed someone’s car who was in need. Crappy way to help those having financial difficulties. 👎🏻
Recommendedwent in today to have my battery tested on my 2007 Cadillac SRX, tested bad so I bought a new one. Thinking I was going to have to go home and change it out and bring the core back, Jesus the guy who waited on me said no he would do it. I was shocked to say the least, never have I had an auto parts store do that for me. They will getting all my parts business and Thank You again Jesus.
Went in to get a pair of axle nut new guy did not know what axle nut is brought his bud he Look on the computer and showed me a cv axle. I walked out didnt even say anything. Night shift here is a joke kids who never change a tire or don’t know a jack about cars.
Terrible customer service! Manager needs either vacation or new job with that attitude.
Much rather go to auto zone then O'Reillys any day.. ;)
