Went to auto zone to get a headlight for my car , as a single woman and I don't know how to change my own headlight , at this point I should probably learn after my visit here . I buy my light and kindly ask if someone would be available to put in my light , the man looks at me and says " I don't know what's all involved in changing that , do you have a manual ?" He was a little rude about it like I was putting him out by asking ! Needless to say I left and will most likely go somewhere else the next time
Russell, the manager was knowledgeable, kind, and continued working on my car until it was able to start. He went out of his way to help me. The people at this Auto Zone work extremely hard to help their customers, especially Russell. Thanks to Russell.
