The guys working on August 13, 2025 at 5:47 PM, an older guy and a medium build black man were very rude. I'm sorry I didn't get their names so the description is all I have. My husband's car started squeaking while driving, so we pulled into AutoZone on Mission Gorge rd. We didn't have tools on us, as we were in a car. The cashier helped me find the correct bulb for the car.
I had to get a new battery a few weeks back and Isael was super helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that he wanted to be 100% sure about something so he asked his supervisor to come out and check after he installed the new battery. Most places will just switch it out and send you on your way even if they’re not sure about something.
Good customer service, helpful and knowledgeable staff
