Very professional and helpful with my battery replacement/installation. Carlos Gabayeron III did an amazing job at the Paradise Valley location. Would strongly recommend to get battery replacement or other services at Autozone.
Today, when went into to Autozone I was shown tremendous customer service by Carlos, he was so friendly and knowledgeable I bought a new car this weekend.And I didn't know anything about what to buy.To keep it clean and shine up the tires the headlights et cetera.And he walked me through everything gave me, great suggestions, very kind, very professional, definately happy with the service I recieved ,highly recommend this location thank you Carlos, you made my entire trip.Amazing, thank you.so much

A few days ago I went to the paradise valley road store to inquire about my car having a starting issue. I had a conversation with Benny, one of the store clerks, about possible answers to the problem. He went over a few scenarios on what it could be. We came to the conclusion that it was the battery, which was the original when we bought it (2018). His knowledge and insight seemed second to none. Benny was helpful when making the choice on which battery to purchase. Definitely would fo back.
