Esmerelda and Orlando cool people. Mia King is horrible from customer service to professional standard. She has no clue of what leader ship is... I heard her call employee's out of there and name and talk down to Security while customer's are present. She needs to be reported to District Manager and actions need to be taken.
Orlando he is the manager and this guy just walking around the store instead of helping more than 20 minutes waiting for help, once is my turn they ask me to wait another 20 minutes for him to put his password to refund something, why do you guys hire people that don’t like to help other people like it does not make sense, I hope corporate looks into this review and does something about it.

Not the greatest staff. I need a new wipers and a new blinker bulb. I took my registration in because I figured it would help them find me the right parts. It didn't. I was given the wrong bulb & the wrong wipers. Had to return them.
I have been trying to buy battery from this store and I asked the guy (not the Spanish guy) if he is doing installation also he said yeah but when he came out he said if you don’t pay me cash I am not gonna do installation and I did return it back and he wasted my time and made me never buy from autozone anything again.
